    One of the pools have been closed for three years and no sign of anything being done, then they have the nerve to send you a notice to clean your roof and give you 30 days to do it. The parking is terrible and you can't park on the street between 2-6am, ask them what if you have guests staying the night and they ignore you and don't give you an answer. If you are looking to buy here don't.
